I. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Rules define the general terms and principles of using the MACHFIND website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Communication with the Service Provider is carried out through:
a) Email \u2013 messages should be sent to the Service Provider at: obsluga.klienta@machfind.com, or
b) Via interactive chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Rules are continuously and freely provided by the Service Provider on the Website so that Users can access, reproduce, and store their content by printing or saving it on a medium at any time using the IT system used by the User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In matters not covered by these Rules, the provisions of the Machfind website regulations for users, available on the Website, apply. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Rules and the website regulations, these Rules shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The provisions of Regulation (EU) 2019\/1150 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 20, 2019, on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

II. PAYMENT TERMS AND COMMISSIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A commission is charged to the Seller for each contract concluded, according to the list of fees and commissions. In special cases, commission terms and payments may be individually negotiated with the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The commission is payable monthly \u2013 at the end of each calendar month in which the commission was charged to the Seller, the Service Provider sends the Seller an invoice with a 9-day payment period. In the event of delayed payments, the Service Provider charges the Seller interest for commercial transaction delays and issues an invoice for the commission amount accrued during the delay period. Delayed payments may result in the blocking of the Seller’s account by the Service Provider for this reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The invoice is issued to the Seller’s details provided in the Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seller can pay the invoice to the Service Provider’s bank account specified in the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
