REGULATIONS OF THE MACHFIND WEBSITE AND MOBILE APP FOR SELLERS
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Rules define the general terms and principles of using the MACHFIND website.
Communication with the Service Provider is carried out through:
a) Email – messages should be sent to the Service Provider at: obsluga.klienta@machfind.com, or
b) Via interactive chat.
These Rules are continuously and freely provided by the Service Provider on the Website so that Users can access, reproduce, and store their content by printing or saving it on a medium at any time using the IT system used by the User.
In matters not covered by these Rules, the provisions of the Machfind website regulations for users, available on the Website, apply. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Rules and the website regulations, these Rules shall prevail.
The provisions of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 20, 2019, on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) apply.
II. PAYMENT TERMS AND COMMISSIONS
A commission is charged to the Seller for each contract concluded, according to the list of fees and commissions. In special cases, commission terms and payments may be individually negotiated with the Seller.
The commission is payable monthly – at the end of each calendar month in which the commission was charged to the Seller, the Service Provider sends the Seller an invoice with a 9-day payment period. In the event of delayed payments, the Service Provider charges the Seller interest for commercial transaction delays and issues an invoice for the commission amount accrued during the delay period. Delayed payments may result in the blocking of the Seller’s account by the Service Provider for this reason.
The invoice is issued to the Seller’s details provided in the Account.
The Seller can pay the invoice to the Service Provider’s bank account specified in the invoice.
Commission structure for sellers:
- Up to €25,000 – 5%
- €25,000 to €50,000 – 3%
- Over €50,000 – 2%

Payment terms:
• Payments are charged monthly on a recurring basis.
• The first payment is charged at the moment of subscription activation.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Important:
• The promotional price of €9.99 is available only for new users during the introductory phase.
• After the promotional period, you will be offered to switch to a standard plan 50€
• Partial refunds for unused time are not available.
